1 Regeneration of glue and paint rollers

Regeneration of glue and paint rollers

Production of new rollers and regeneration of used ones

In our activity we deal with the production of complete rollers according to the customer's order. We produce new rollers in-house from start to finish. After making the metal core, we sand it, wind it with a properly selected mixture, vulcanize, grind, polish, test the quality and pack the finished product.

At the customer's request, we frame the shafts made by us in bearings or sleeves, thanks to which the shafts are ready for use immediately after delivery.

We also produce metal rollers: made of ordinary steel, stainless steel, chrome-plated (technically or sprayed), ceramic, water and ink ducts.

All shafts are made according to our own technical documentation or provided by the customer.

Our documentation has several thousand complete working drawings, it is enlarged and updated every day, which allows us to responsibly produce shafts for a very wide range of industrial machines.

Our production and regeneration concerns the following elements:

  • rubber
  • polyurethane
  • silicone
  • the so-called Teflon
  • metal (chrome, copper, ordinary or stainless steel)
  • ceramic

The above rollers are made in a very wide range of hardness and, depending on the requirements, are characterized by high resistance to chemicals (e.g. paints, solvents, alcohols), UV radiation and paints, high temperatures, etc.

The high quality of our product and service is largely related to the use of very technologically advanced rubber compounds from Great Britain and Germany. In the case of metal shafts, regeneration is carried out by electroplating or using the Swiss technology of flame spraying.

Destiny

We make all kinds of cuts, grooves and milling on our shafts, depending on the needs of our customers.

Regeneration is a way to significantly reduce production costs

Nowadays, almost every company is looking for opportunities to reduce production costs. In order to meet the needs of the market, our company more and more dynamically reaches various types of potential customers from all over Poland, as well as from abroad. After regeneration, you get a product like new at a very attractive price.

Each shaft that we receive for regeneration is first of all carefully checked for the degree of wear to eliminate the pointless regeneration of too heavily damaged rollers. On specially adapted machines we check the diameters of the journals on which the bearings or sleeves are mounted, we check the radial runout, the thickness of the metal core, etc.? Only after successfully passing the initial tests, the shaft receives the status "suitable for reconditioning" and goes to the production plant.

The possibilities of our plant allow for regeneration from small rolls to shafts with a diameter of 660 mm and a total length of 3000 mm.
